INTERMIX is teaming up with Bright Pink for the second time this October with Fashion Targets Breast Cancer. Fashion Targets Breast Cancer is a charitable initiative of the Council of Fashion Designers of America/CFDA that enlists the support of designers, models, retailers and other creative energies within the fashion industry to raise public awareness and funds for the breast cancer cause.

INTERMIX will support the CFDA foundation with a mailer hitting homes on September 15th to 50,000 of their customers inviting them to shop with gift cards that offer shopping incentives of $50 off purchases of $300 or $100 off purchases of $600. INTERMIX will donate $2 to FTBC for every card that is redeemed.

INTERMIX will also offer exclusive items to help support FTBC through October. Shashi designers and CFDA Fashion Incubator Members, Danna Kobo and Yuvi Alpert, have created a set of bracelets in shades of pink and grey. The three bracelets represent the three parties involved in the project and with the tagline “Share Love, Spread Awareness” one bracelet is meant to be worn while the other two are given away to loved ones or someone affected by breast cancer; the set will retail for $48.

Additionally, Ronny Kobo, sister to Shashi designer Danna Kobo, has designed a limited edition Torn by Ronny Kobo tee-shirt emblazed with the pink and grey target representing the campaign; the tee-shirt will retail for $68. Both items will be sold exclusively at INTERMIX during the month of October, all proceeds will benefit FTBC.

25% of all funds raised through the INTERMIX/CFDA Fashion Targets Breast Cancer partnership will benefit Bright Pink.
